On Mobile
1. Open Facebook Application.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Tap the search bar on top of the display, key in the name of the individual you intend to report, touch their name, and after that touch their profile picture.
3. Tap More. This alternative is near the top of the individual's page, just below and to the right of their name.
4. Tap Give feedback or report this profile. It's in the pop-up food selection. Doing so brings up one more menu with reporting options.
